Bacterial Contamination of molasses in the distillery process leads to many critical problems during alcohol production. During storage these problems further decrease the total reducing sugars (TRS) content gradually. We have specially formulated PRESERVATIVE which keeps the TRS levels constant during the storage process.

Biocides for contamination control

Circulation of dilute wash in PHE(plate heat exchanger) to control temperature raised by fermentation reaction cause scale formation. Our polymer base ANTISCALANT takes care of silica and sulphate scales there by heavy scaling and frequent cleaning of PHES and distillation column can be avoided.

Alcohol production is bio chemical reaction involving micro organism in process and to convert fermentable sugars into alcohol. Bacterial contamination, wild yeast, retention time and temperature are the part of process, which hinders alcohol yield. Enzyme treatment will maximize fermentation efficiency, enhances the yeast performance, controls contamination and increase the alcohol yield. We formulate ENZYMES as per molasses conditions to improve alcohol yields with high return on investment.

Dilute molasses having low surface tension and effervescence causes high foam load in fermentor tanks during fermentation and reduce the working capacity.
