Sanitation is a process to clean the mill section from unwanted micro organism growth which causes sugar loss due to inversion. The effect of micro organism can be minimized by using specially designed SR ENVIRO TECHNOLOGIES sanitation chemicals.

Colour Precipitant
Used as decolorizing agent to improve the ICUMSA of syrup and melt which in turn helps in production of good quality sugar, removes organic and inorganic colouring matters like lignins ,pectin and others from syrup.

Floatation Aid
Coagulation followed by floatation by treating syrup with high molecular weight anionic polymer to remove suspended colouring matters. We have different type of Floatation aid for Juice Floatation and Syrup Floatation

Flocculent
Clarified juice is a composite of sugar and non-sugar. Suspended non – sugar part is removed in Dorr clarifier as mud (sludge) and sent to rotary vacuum filters. The SR ENVIRO TECHNOLOGIES FLOCCULANT range helps in faster settling rate, reduces mud volume and minimizes carry over of suspend impurities in Dorr clarifier. This ensures high purity clear juice production and maximum utilization of clarifier volume.

Viscosity reducer
Viscosity reducer used as pan aid to reduce surface tension of viscous materials like massecuite. The organic & inorganic chemical present in the massecuite affect the pan boiling and cause sucrose loss. SR ENVIRO TECHNOLOGIES polymer based viscosity reducer enhances the exhaustibility of massecuite & increase circulation of low grade massecuite, resulting greater fluidity and reduces the boiling time.

Specialty enzymes are used for controlling dextran levels in the juice. The enzymes will reduce the formation of dextran releasing bacteria. These enzymes may used in juice and syrup
